About Your Coach

Cynthia has a passion for unity and development of people.  For the past 32 years, of Cynthia's career spans from; supervision, director, and coordinator.  Many years was spent coaching students to pursue their goals to receive that BA-PhD.  The key areas of her career revolved in human resource, training, administration, and education. Her strengths are in increasing performance in first level team leaders and team performance in organizations, businesses and non-profits.  Cynthia also works with individuals to strengthen their talent management skills to pursue their dreams vision and purpose.  All programs can be customized to meet the need.  Business Professionals will also benefit from a one on one coaching to move to the next level.  Cynthia also was the talk show host of Living Abundantly. Ultimate goal is to turn into the leader you are called to be.  Business professionals increase that bottom line by leading in your industry through personal development. 

Cynhtia is an Ordained Minister, Certified Trainer, Certified Leadership & Talent Management Coach, Small Group Program Developement Coach, and Certified Assessment Administrator.    Cynthia's training was Leadership Coach Academy, Temple University, Covenant International Institute, Impacting Your World Ministry, Joseph Business School trainer Certification and 20 years of mentoring, coaching and training in the professional arena.

The concentration in all areas has always been leadership development and team building, training and coaching.  Cynthia’s book Effective Leadership for the Local Church was released in 2004 by Cornerstone Publishing.  There is a Rising Star in You was released in 2008.
